Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work when you book travel through Flights Today. Because we're an independent agency booking across many airlines and suppliers, most refund and change outcomes are governed by the fare rules of the specific ticket or supplier.

Airline fare rules come first

Every ticket carries its own rules for changes, cancellations and refunds — set by the airline, not by us. Some fares are fully refundable; many are partially refundable or non-refundable but eligible for travel credit. Before you book, we tell you the relevant rules for your fare.

Changes & cancellations

• Contact us as early as possible — options and value shrink closer to departure.
• We'll check what your fare allows: date/route change, travel credit, or refund.
• Airline change or cancellation fees, and any fare difference, are set by the airline and are separate from our service fee.

Our service fees

Service fees for agent assistance are disclosed before you authorize any action. Where a booking is cancelled, agent service fees already earned for work performed may be non-refundable; this is explained at the time of booking.

Refund timing

When a refund is due, processing time depends on the airline or supplier and your payment provider, and can take one or more billing cycles. We'll help you track it.
